	How to Exhibit Rooms on View 2010 will again be held in Exhibition Hall 1 at the Sandton Convention Centre. In order to achieve presentation excellence throughout the exhibition, companies and individuals will be invited to participate in Rooms on View 2008 . Exhibitors from last year will be offered their stand space from 2007 first. All exhibitors will be expected to create room settings with style and creativity, going beyond the 'ordinary' to give the public new and innovative ideas about decorating. Companies might be required to present a plan on what their particular stand will look like before we agree to them participating or their participation. This is to ensure that the standard is kept at the highest level. Shellscheme will be provided, purely as a backdrop without fascia panels, in order to give you, the exhibitor, uninhibited freedom for creativity. The floor plan has been designed to enable all shapes and sizes of exhibits to be accommodated without imposing upon each other. The standard height of Shellscheme walls is 2.7 metres, however, higher walls can be supplied in certain areas upon request. This will only be permitted if there is agreement with neighbouring stands. Costs R 1595.00 per square ( excluding Vat ) - This includes Shellscheme made of 16mm chipboard at a height of 2.7m, three spotlights and one 15-amp plug point per 9 square metres. Each exhibitor will also receive two signs per stand. The smallest stand one exhibitor may occupy with a complete room setting is 9 square meters. Logistics for set up and breakdown On-Site-Logistics On-Site Logistics is a privately owned company employed by the Rooms on View to administer an off-loading and loading service. This service is free of charge to all exhibitors and is provided to speed up the point of entry to the loading bays. On the days of setting up and breaking down, every exhibitor will be given an off-loading and loading time-slot. The On-Site Logistics team will assist you in moving your goods to and from your stand. Build up will start on Tuesday, 27 May 2008 .
